Colorful CAP Fuel Level Sensors Series

Since second quarter of 2018, we offer a new color series of CAP LLS. Sensors are available in blue and white colors. White fuel level sensors have a sun heat protection, and are primarily intended for regions with high operating temperatures and the scorching sun (South America, Middle East and Asia).

New features of sensors:

• 100% tested series, probability of failure during the operation is less than 0.02%.
• The latest version of the firmware, which fixes the previous errors or bugs.
• Automatic detection of firmware version and id code to facilitate the work with the sensor.

Auto Recovery of Range (for CAP LLS-A Series)

Now fuel level sensor’s automatic recovery of range of values is possible (with the optional CAP automatic recovery tools). For example, the 100 cm long sensor has output values from 1 to 10 volts. After trimming the sensor up to 50 cm range is 5..10 volts. Now with the help of CAP USB LLS Config Cable and CAP Software the range of output values can be restored back to 0..10 volts. Auto recovery can significantly increase the accuracy of the measurement of fuel level.
